Mr. Cummings has assisted in taking distressed centers and top tier properties and found the ability to lease them up. His specialty has been mainly in the North Dallas markets, including Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Carrollton, Addison and The Colony. He has developed relationships with most of the local credit in the area as well as the national tenants. Along the way, he has built many strong relationships with solid tenants and helped them expand to multiple locations in the DFW market.
