After building a solid foundation with both owners and tenants from his start at Grubb & Ellis in 1995 to his years with Henry S. Miller Commercial, where as a top producer he rose to the level of Senior Vice President, he started Structure Commercial in 2006 and quickly established it as a leasing force, picking up over 100 properties. In the first 4 years alone, his company completed over 470 leases, took 19 retail centers and 3 office buildings from under 50% occupancy to 95% or better and assisted in the purchase or sale of 18 properties. Since then the company has continued to grow at a rate of over 28% per year. A solid portfolio of not only national tenants, but local and regional tenants, in addition to the ability to get creative with deals has been a large part of Mr. Deuillet’s success. He has been a finalist for Most Creative Deal of the Year in the Dallas Business Journal, completed Dallas/ Fort Worth’s 3rd largest retail lease of 2011 and had a top 10 Best Deals of DFW numerous times. Mr. Deuillet has consistently been one of the top brokers in DFW for the past 17 years, earning the designation as Power Broker from The Dallas Business Journal, D Magazine and The Costar Group every year.
Mr. Deuillet is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. Away from work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children. He also enjoys traveling, still plays soccer competitively and occasionally still plays guitar and sings with some of his old band-mates for special events.
